Shop orders remain subject to our store policies. Wholesale partners remain subject to their existing wholesale and partner agreements. SMS preferences do not change payment, production, inventory, or fulfillment terms.
SMS order-status program
Waki's Cookies offers optional automated SMS updates for order receipt, payment confirmation, preparation, pickup readiness, applicable delivery progress, and delivery or completion. No marketing is included. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies with order activity; message and data rates may apply. Messages are sent only after authorization and after the messaging service is activated.
Cancel or get help
Once messaging is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS updates, or HELP for assistance. You can also contact wakiscookiesorders@gmail.com or 570-540-3872. Unsubscribing does not cancel your order. Delivery of text messages depends on your mobile carrier and network; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
