Orders placed before 9 p.m. Pennsylvania time can select the next available day; after 9 p.m., the earliest date is the following day after that. Closed dates are unavailable.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help before production begins. Because our cookies are prepared for scheduled orders, changes or cancellations may not be available once an order is in production.
Pickup in Shenandoah is free with no purchase minimum. Choose an available time, normally 9 a.m.–8 p.m. Your confirmation includes the exact pickup address and time. Contact us before changing your pickup time.

For food-safety reasons, baked goods cannot be physically returned for resale. Do not consume a product that appears damaged, spoiled, tampered with, or different from its label; contact us so we can review it.
